For Casual Oxford Dress Shirts, we suggest the following:
Mens: S (14/14.5), M (15/15.5), L (16/16.5), XL (17/17.5), 2XL (18/18.5), 3XL (19/19.5), 4XL (20/20.5)
Womens: S (4/6), M (8/10), L (12/14), XL (16/18), 2XL (20/22), 3XL (24/26), 4XL (28/30)
For Men's / Unisex Apparel, we suggest the following:
Mens: S (34-36), M (38-40), L (42-44), XL (46-48), 2XL (50-52), 3XL (54-56), 4XL (58-60), 5XL (62-64)

Embroidery Minimums
The minimum order for embroidery is 6 pieces per one product style. For less than 6 pieces, a set-up fee of $23.75 will be charged, plus 6 run charges.

Embroidery & Personalization
Logo Requirements: Lettering must be at least 1/4" or bigger for knit products and 3/8" for items like sweaters, fleece garments and bags.
Artwork: We prefer to work with camera-ready art; however, we do have an art department that can help with virtually any order. Contact us at 1-866-786-1110 for more information.

Formats: We request that you use jpeg, bitmap, or tiff formats.
Color: You can select up to 9 different thread colors for your embroidery. We have a huge inventory of thread colors to meet your needs, including Pantone/PMS colors. We can also special order any exact PMS thread color for an additional fee of $85.
Timing: We will send you an actual embroidery swatch in 7 to 10 days after you've placed your logo order. Once you've approved your logo, we'll create a file for it so you can use it anytime the need arises.

Super-Customized Orders
We offer many special super-customizing options to make your American Image apparel unique. Please call us to discuss your options and for a quote. Super-customizing options can be accessed with a minimum order of 24 dozen/style.

Calculating Fees
Please see the following charts for logo setup fees and application fees. In general, most of the logos we create for companies and organizations require less than 8,000 stitches.

Stitch Count Fees
For logos with 5,000 or less stitches, the one-time setup fee is: $60.00.
For logos with 5,001 to 8,000 stitches, the one-time setup fee is: $85.00.
For logos with 8,001 to 10,000 stitches, the one-time setup fee is: $130.00.
For logos in excess of 10,001 stitches, please call for a quote.

Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery pricing depends on two factors the number of stitches in the design (see above) and the number of shirts being embroidered. The costs are per location:
- 5,000 Stitches or Less: 12-23 pieces ($4.20), 24-149 pieces ($3.80), 150-299 pieces ($3.40), 300+ ($3.00)
- Up to 6,000 Stitches: 12-23 pieces ($4.70), 24-149 pieces ($4.20), 150-299 pieces ($3.80), 300+ ($3.40)
- Up to 7,000 Stitches: 12-23 pieces ($5.20), 24-149 pieces ($4.60), 150-299 pieces ($4.20), 300+ ($3.80)
- Up to 8,000, 12-23 pieces ($5.70), 24-149 pieces ($5.00), 150-299 pieces ($4.60), 300+ ($4.20)
- Up to 9,000, 12-23 pieces ($6.20), 24-149 pieces ($5.50), 150-299 pieces ($5.00), 300+ ($4.60)
- Up to 10,000, 12-23 pieces ($6.70), 24-149 pieces ($5.90), 150-299 pieces ($6.30), 300+ ($5.00)

Returns
Embroidered goods are non-refundable. Should you need to return merchandise due to a defect in workmanship, please contact us directly at 1.866.786.1110 and an RMA number and shipping instructions will be provided.
